Gourmet Burger Kitchen represented by Bradys and CWM have acquired a new lease of restaurant premises at Unit 1/125 Metro Centre, Gateshead. The premises provided 241.5 sq.m. (2,600 sq.ft.) and have been acquired by way of a new 15 year lease at a base rent of £118,000 per annum.

The Chinese Buffet continues their rapid expansion offering large modern family restaurants with top quality authentic Chinese cuisine. Following the opening of St Helens and Wakefield in 2011 this year has seen The Chinese Buffet open in the St Georges Shopping Centre in Preston as tenants of Aviva. Bradys have had a busy year advising on the refurbishment and reconfiguration of St Nicholas Arcades. Following a £5m redevelopment which involved realigning a mall, the Scheme now accommodates a 15,000 sq ft NEXT Department Store which opened in Easter. December saw the arrival of The Entertainer, the fast expending specialist toy retailer which has pulled in crowds from far and wide.
