7 new sites for TEXTILES DIRECT
During October and November Textiles Direct have taken new leases on 7 properties throughout the North West
and their enthusiasm continues with even more sites in the pipeline for 2012. Bradys acted on their behalf in all transactions.
These latest acquisitions have been in:
Bradford – 26 Darley Street - a property of 175 sq m (1,880 sq ft) 1st floor sales plus basement/2nd floor storage
Bury – 40 The Mall, Mill Gate Shopping Centre - providing ground floor sales of 213 sq m (2,293 sq ft) and staff/storage to the first floor.
Keighley – Unit 2 College Walk, The Airedale Shopping Centre with 173 sq m (1,865 sq ft) of sales and first floor storage
Liverpool – 3 Brythen Street, St John Shopping Centre – providing 221 sq m (2,382 sq ft) ground floor sales area.
Oldham – Unit 1 in the Spindle Shopping Centre which provides 157 sq m (1,685 sq ft) sales and staff/storage basement area of 166 sq m (1,785 sq ft).
Preston – 63 Friargate Walk, St Georges Shopping Centre – with a ground floor sales area of 283 sq m (3,045 sq ft) and 1st floor ancillary.
Runcorn – Unit 94 Halton Lea Shopping Centre providing 149 sq m (1,600 sq ft) ground floor sales and basement staff/storage of 139 sq m (1,500 sq ft).
